Whitley Stimpson Corporate Finance completes insurance deal
On 31st October, the sale of Newspace Insurance Services Ltd to Smart & Cook, a division of a worldwide insurance group, was completed, with Tim Wallbank of Whitley Stimpson Corporate Finance advising the shareholders on the deal.
Newspace is an ideal fit for Smart & Cook - both based in Northampton - from both a geographic and a client-based perspective.
