Whitley Stimpson Announces New HR Manager

Leading Chartered Accountants Whitley Stimpson is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Human Resources Manager who will support the business to achieve its strategy of growth and commercial success.

Paula Nielsen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) bringing with her over 20 years experience in the area of human resources.  She has extensive commercial experience working with large corporations including Unipart and Atkins plc and is dedicated to the development of others.  Paula has a broad range of both generalist HR experience and specialist knowledge of learning and development, talent management and organisational change.

Paula’s role will be to support the business across the Banbury, Bicester and High Wycombe offices in order to attract, retain, motivate and develop their people to achieve their maximum potential and provide an exceptional service to clients.

In April 2014 Whitley Stimpson became a limited company and implemented a new, more professional and strategically focused management structure with dedicated committees including HR in order to drive the business forward.  As part of the HR committee, one of Paula’s roles will be to spearhead the recruitment drive in order to support the rapid growth of the business.
