Whitley Stimpson is a founding member of Banbury Corporate Finance Initiative (BCFI) which has been set up to establish the town as a centre of excellence, and to bring to the wider attention of the public the skills on offer.

The website is information-rich, providing details and guidance on corporate finance issues in relation to buying or selling a company or raising finance. It is designed to make working with the BCFI as easy as possible, providing detailed information which is comprehensive and written clearly.

Content will also include a ‘members only area’. This will initially run as a pilot scheme but aims to work as a network for deals to take place - introducing willing purchasers to those wishing to sell their businesses (and vice versa) and also introducing those wanting funding to the available sources of local funding.
