Kevan Stirrat
Kevan joined Whitley Stimpson as a Partner in May 2008 following the merger with Lloyd Wynne. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
He has been in practice since 1985 and spent three years from 1993 working as a financial accountant for a marketing and distribution company.
Prior to the merger with Whitley Stimpson, Kevan was a sole practitioner for several years employing six staff. He fully understands the pressures put on small businesses, not only dealing with commercial pressures, but also external compliance from the HMRC and other Government Agencies.
Kevan has a varied client base, which includes personal tax, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. He believes that it is important to understand his clients’ business and personal aspirations, in order to give them the support and advice they need to ensure they achieve them.
Kevan is married with four children who keep him on his toes. Outside of the office, he has a keen interest in various sports. He has played rugby, football and cricket for local teams.
