Paula says: “I’m really excited about taking a key role in making the company successful through its people and there are lots of initiatives that we can implement in order to achieve this. I am hoping to expand on the already well-established and respected training and development programmes, and ensure an overall HR strategy that is in tune with the business’s philosophy.”
