Whitley Stimpson coronavirus (COVID-19) business continuity plan

Mar 18, 2020

As we are amidst a global pandemic and the spread of the coronavirus has reached unchartered territories, we would like to share with you our plans in place, enabling us to provide an uninterrupted service.

We will also be sharing daily updates on our website and social media pages: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook where possible to keep everyone up to date with the latest information.

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and the health and well-being of our employees, clients and their families are of paramount importance to us, as well as maintaining a high-quality service for our clients. As a result, we decided to close our offices with effect from 5pm on Monday 23 March until further notice.

Despite our office closures we are in the position to ensure that our services are not affected. We pride ourselves on being forward-thinking and have the technology required to allow staff secure remote access to everything they need in order to continually support our clients regardless of the government’s strict restrictions enforced.

We can still be contacted via email or phone as usual despite our team working from home. We also have the facility to communicate with clients through video calls using Microsoft Teams so long as they have cameras on their devices, rather than meeting face to face. We can also dial into conference calls with multiple people and use a range of other video call applications to meet our client’s needs.

Many people will be feeling the effects of the coronavirus on their business or affairs. You can rest assured that our team will help you get through these challenging times. Whether that be through short-term solutions for cash-flow problems or general disruption, we are committed to supporting our clients and will do our best to help.

If you have any concerns about the effect of coronavirus on the health of your business please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
