Whitley Stimpson’s Payroll team has been named as a finalist in the 2019 Reward Strategy Awards, earning the nomination in the ‘Service Provider Team Award for up to 50,000 employees served monthly’ category.
The industry media brand ‘Reward Strategy’ recognises and celebrates high achievement and excellence within the payroll, reward, pensions, benefits and Human Resources sectors.
The Whitley Stimpson Payroll team work as the in-house payroll department for businesses across the region and are responsible for processing payrolls across the four company offices in Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe and Witney.

‘The Rewards’, now in its 9th year, is the most distinguished event in the industry’s calendar and making the final list of eight means the company is now a serious contender to scoop the top prize. Each organisation will now be assessed by an independent panel of judges, and the winner will be announced at a prestigious black-tie dinner and ceremony at The London Hilton Bankside on the 5th December.
The Reward Strategy announcement follows other recent successes for the payroll team; payroll manager, Tracy Gill, has been included in the category of ‘50 Leaders within the Knowledge and Professional Services’ on the prestigious Reward Strategy Reward 300 2019 Index and Maddi Cooper was shortlisted for the Next Generation Award, put forward by her apprenticeship provider.
