Whitley Stimpson has been officially ranked as one of the country’s top accountancy firms for the seventh year running by the prestigious Accountancy Age 50+50 survey.
The rankings, which were released last week, collate the top 100 accountancy firms in the UK and identifies Whitley Stimpson as a leading player in the country. To achieve the national honor, Whitley Stimpson’s revenue and growth were measured against accounting firms throughout the country. The report is recognized as the UK’s most comprehensive breakdown of accountancy sector performance.
Jonathan Walton, director at Whitley Stimpson explained:
“There is no doubt that 2020 has been one of the most challenging years for businesses in recent history. The full effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy are yet to be seen but despite these unprecedented times the Whitley Stimpson teams have responded to challenges and supported clients throughout.
“We are incredibly proud to have retained our position within the Top 100 practices in the country. To have our business validated by such a respected industry voice for the seventh year running is a testament to the hard work, expertise and knowledge of our team.”
The latest 50+50 accountancy firms ranking reveals total UK fee income continues to increase year-on-year, rising 7.98 percent on the previous year. The report also shows that it hasn’t been clean sailing for everyone, with a number of established accountancy practices struggling to keep pace.
Whitley Stimpson, which has offices in Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe and Witney, has been providing financial advice to businesses and individuals for over 89 years.
