Whitley Stimpson, one of the largest independent accountancy practices and business advisers in the area, are delighted that their Payroll Manager, Tracy Gill, has been shortlisted for the Reward Strategy ‘awards’ 2017.
Tracy is a finalist in the category of ‘Best Manager’, known as ‘The Rewards’, the industry media brand recognises and celebrates high achievement and excellence within the payroll, reward, pensions, benefits and Human Resources sectors.
Tracy, who is responsible for payroll teams across the Whitley Stimpson offices in Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe and Witney said: “I am delighted to be shortlisted for this award. To be recognised by the industry demonstrates the widening remit of the payroll profession and its close association with Human Resources, rewards, pensions and employee benefits.
Payroll manager at Whitley Stimpson for five years, Tracy’s experience and responsibilities extend over businesses ranging in size from one to 150 employees, as well as the in-house payroll.
She added: “I am passionate about providing a first-class payroll service to all of our clients, with a helpful, pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately, whilst giving specialist payroll advice and support. The organisations and individuals on the shortlist will now be assessed by an independent panel of judges, and the winners will be announced on the 2nd November.
