If you use Xero for your business accounts, take note – new pricing comes into effect from 1 September 2025.
Xero has announced that monthly subscription fees will increase for UK users on their Grow, Comprehensive, and Ultimate plans. The price for Simple and Ignite plans remains unchanged.
What’s changing?

These changes will be reflected in your next invoice after 1 September 2025, whether you’re billed by Xero directly or through Whitley Stimpson.
What else do you need to know?
- These price increases apply to new and existing subscribers on affected plans.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Add-on products are not affected.
- Any valid discount or promotional code will continue to apply until it expires.
- You can check which plan you’re on via the Subscription tab in your Xero account.
